Helloooo!!

Enough with the 530 wakeups already!!! If anyone out there has any suggestions of how to get over stupid jetlag, I am all ears. It doesn't seem to matter what time we go to bed, we are all up at 5 or 530. It is INSANE.

Anyway. It has been so fun sending pics of little Heven to all of our family and friends. The only ones we haven't told yet is Regan's folks, we are waiting until his Dad is out of ICU and feeling a bit better. Regan is on his way there right now, so he may decide to tell them, I imagine he will tell his Mom. Anyway, Ellie was proudly telling her friend on the phone that she was "getting a baby sister from AFRICA!'' And yesterday was a celebration of her becoming a big sister. We did special things all day, and she felt very good about it all. So adorable. She was even looking at crib linen with me and giving me her opinion on what would look good. We also bought a different dresser with deeper drawers for her as the other one is going in her sisters room. She has needed a new one for so long as the other one is really meant more for baby and toddler size clothes. WELL.. she was VERY impressed that she got a NEW DRESSER! Maybe having a baby for a sister isn't such a bad deal after all! LOL!!!!

Today is going to be HOT. 31 degrees celsius or about 85 F. Katie... if your reading this, I know you are thinking... "85??? Are you kidding me?? I'd have to put on a sweater!" (Katie lives in Haiti). That is one blessed thing about being up at 530 is that it is still cool and we opened every window in the house, so at least the house will start out relatively coolish.

Not sure what is on the agenda for today. Around the house kind of stuff.

Regan took out a few books on baby names from the library, we are having a great time going thru them all and trying them on for size.

Much love and peace!
